Felt secure and had no complaints.

The hotel staff were welcoming and warm, and the whole building was charming, fresh, clean, and beautiful. I loved that most of the best restaurants were within a 2, 5 minute walk from the hotel. the central location was perfect for exploring the city and its attractions.

The shower had low water pressure, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have a proper coffee machine in the room instead of just 2, in, 1 coffee powder.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay for a luxurious experience in the heart of the city. the service was exceptional, and all my exclusive needs were fulfilled. I was impressed with the in-room massage and the full body massage at the spa, as well as the delicious buffet breakfast with high quality selections and attention to detail. The private facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Cons: the only minor issue I had was that the live entertainment in the bar area was a bit too loud for my taste. this did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.
